Marie Gabler (Katharina Wackernagel) has to stay a little longer in Hengasch after all. Even though she now knows her way around the chalet and the police station, between Aubach, Paschagrill and the church, not everything runs smoothly: Heino Fuß (Sebastian Schwarz) laments his missed career opportunities and junior police officer Jennifer Dickel (Eva Bühnen) has to deal with uninvited admirers. At least Marie holds her own with ‘team building’ and sophisticated investigative tactics and manages to solve the many strange criminal cases she continues to be confronted with in this remote part of the Eifel together with her colleagues.
